I purchased this neck tie to wear while exercising. It does help me get through the exercise more
comfortably, but I doubt it would stay cool for three hours as advertised.

In addition, it is not easy to insert the gel packs into the tie. I actually had to cut a small slit on each
side to make it easier. I was afraid the packs would rupture after awhile if I had to keep forcing them in.
It's possible I got one that just wasn't sewn correctly.

I think if the design was a little different, this would be a good purchase.
