I ordered the unsweetened CocoaVia because the sweetened version had artificial sweeteners. I have adverse reactions to artificial sweeteners. Once my order came (which was very quickly), I wasn't sure exactly what the best way to use this product would be. I tried adding it to water and milk, and I even tried putting it in vanilla yogurt and a hot chocolate. If you like bitter dark chocolate, then this is for you. It's very bitter. Out of all the ways I tried to eat it, I like putting it in a glass of skim milk with a little sugar the most. I think because I'm not mixing it into something warm, there is a residue at the bottom of the glass when I've finished. I can't attest to the health benefits of this yet since I don't enjoy it enough to have it daily. I'm going to finish the box and I don't plan on a repurchase.
