My "go to" walker Apr 29, 2010
By Mary M. Gabovitz This is a very nice looking walker, it has style. It works well. It is my SP...safety pal. It fits in the back seat of my Jeep with no problem, it folds easily. The weight of this item is 11 pounds, it is not 9 pounds as advertised. It is sturdy. I would have purchased the 8 inch wheels, but did not due to the increased weight. It makes walking much easier for me.

Finally a walker without fixed front wheels! Apr 17, 2010
By Roseann DEVASTO
I can't remember how long I've been looking for this for my mother.
It's the perfect cross between the much heavier and clumsier fancy rolators and walkers with baskets and seats and the archaic fixed wheel walkers. I can't believe it took me so long to find one.
I give the designer of this 100 stars. It's only 9 pounds, folds flat so it fits easily in my smart car, and has front wheels that swivel so mom doesn't have to lift it to turn, and can sit down if she's tired. It also has back wheels so there's no drag. It's making such an improvement in her mobility, it's pretty remarkable.
I will share two things that you might want to know, but certainly don't affect my 5 star rating. It's wide enough to hold a 300# person. It would be great if they made one with a smaller width. You really have to hit doors straight on to get through them, but that's a tiny weeny price to pay for not having to lift it to turn.
The the canvas back rest is more comfortable than the padded pole on the mobility walker, but again, it's made for a very large person. I'm pretty handy, so I can sew it to shorten it as my mom's only 4'9" so she doesn't have to lean back more that she's comfortable with.
This is a true godsend for both of us.

Good walker with poor users guide Dec 13, 2011
By Golem This is ab excellent walker. Mine has 4 inch wheels which are big enough. At first I waw disappointed because it was so low I had to stoop to use it. I later discovered that the grip heigth can be raised by up to four inches. The lower leg sections have a several holes and a push-pin each. There is a collar on each leg that may have to be loosened before lenghening the legs. Do this by turning them counter-clockwise as viewed from the top. I extended mine all the way and it is now a comfortable height. There is no mention of this whatever in the VERY rudimentary users manual. It collapses well and fits nicely in the back seat.
