Better than OTC decongestants without the side effects. This product is similar to what my acupuncturist has given me for sinusitis. It works well without causing dry eyes or throat, and it is ephedrine free.

Product came without safety seal in place. It took 2 emails to get the company to send a replacement. At first they did not want to take responsibility, but eventually, to their credit, they did send replacement. This product does not work on my sinus issue whatsoever.

I live in the northeast us and have suffered from chronic sinus infections me entire life. I've seen a number of doctors and they found no physical problems and recommended that I move as the only remedy to constant doses of antibiotics. I stumbled upon this product at a local health food store at twice the price and was amazed at how well it works! I usually take a pill or two each day and if I feel a sinus infection taking over I step it up to 2 at morning, noon and night. For over 3 years now I've only needed antibiotics 2 times for sinus conditions! It's a vast improvement over the antibiotics and much cheaper! My wife and mother in law now swear by it too and I've offered it to countless friends who time and again said it worked amazingly well and fast, the only place to get it where we live is Amazon and the price can't be beat! I whole heatedly endorse this product!

5Great remedy for relieving inner ear fluid, sinusitis  May 01, 2012

I recently tried this product and got good results within an hour of taking the first dose. It relieves the pressure and muffled hearing problem that have lingered since an inner ear infection a couple of years ago. It also helps with my chronic sinusitis, all without causing the trembling and dry eye/mouth I get with pseudoephedrine. I had been using Sinupret, another herbal remedy that is good for sinusitis, but that does not help with the inner ear pressure. The only down side is that you are supposed to take 2 caps 3 times a day, which can get expensive for a chronic health issue. But for me it is worth it.

So glad I found this!
