Upon receipt of this item I was very disapointed to find the expiration date to be 10/10/09!
I am very unhappy with this purchase!
These are NOT very fresh!
How can anyone take 200 pills between August and October?
One start because there is no notice these will expire withinn 60 days.

I have used Centrum Multivitamins for about six months overall they have worked great and I ordered my second bottle on Amazon.

Stomach/Chest Pain: I had this issue for the first week of use after research I found the filler they use can make you feel sick until you are use to them. Taking with milk and or a large breakfast seemed to help. Overtime about a week the pain was completely gone. If the pain does not go away their are all natural vitamins with no filler that shouldn't have this issue.

Expired ordering from Amazon: Mine expire August 2013 I have plenty of time to take 200 tablets if this happens to you I would defiently return them to Amazon.

I also recommend taking Fish Oil along with this supplement because it lacks Omega 3 for heart health but this is not needed.

Taken within expiration date.
Taken with food.

-makes me feel like throwing up. Stomach hurts for an hour and a half.

+Gives me lots of energy and noticed prostate improvement.

Result

I'd rather try something that doesn't make me feel ill. I can get energy from other sources.
