This product has been very good. I noticed a difference within 2 weeks. You can't just take this product and expect to drop weight right away, you must excersise with this. Great stuff though. I would recommend even if you don't want to loose weight because it helps your mental focus as well.

I was really excited to try this product after doing my research on it. I was and currently using Cellucor's C4 pre-work out drink mix and I love the product. So I decided to look into the company to see what else they have to offer. I only take one capsule in the morning and it works really well for me. It took about 4-5 days for me to see and feel the difference and ever since then I have been hooked. I have so much more energy through out the day considering I have an offrice job and by 2 PM I am usually feeling lathargic. But with the D4 I a can honestly feel the difference with my energy level. I have always been a very happy and bubbly person, but with this product I am even more happier even when I am having a stressful day. With the D4 in the morning and the C4 before my work out I can stay focused during my run and my weight lifting class. I feel that I have gotten more toned a lot quicker with the combination of working out and taking the D4 Thermal Shock. I know everyone is different and some might react better or worse on any product out there. But I am a very active 25 years old woman, I work out 3-5 days a week doing yoga, running, weight lifting etc and I have seen better results from my work out using the D4 Thermal Shock. It is pretty expensive, but compared to other fat burners out there that you would have to take 3 capsules once or twice a day, I say its worth the price considering I only take 1 capsule in the morning and I see the results.

The product has been great. Lost about 7lbs since taking D4. I first came across D4 at GNC and they wanted almost double than what I got it for. Thanks for shipping this too me so fast so that I can start my workout regimen(came 2 days earlier than expected too!) Thanks

Like another reviewer who was "bombarded" to get this by the GNC rep, i too fell for the spiel. They tried to sell me on other supplements too but I couldn't afford to get all so went with this one and got 2 bottles because they had a special at the beginning of the month for members to get the 2nd 50% off. I'm really sorry I got them. I took one after eating breakfast and then proceeded to shower. All of a sudden I couldn't shower fast enough! Now I usually take a nice leisurely shower but I was speeding through like it was a race! I washed my body 3 times just to make up the time I usually spend which is about 10 minutes lol. I hurriedly dried off and realized it was working but maybe a little too well because I felt nervous and jittery and as if I absolutely had to get all this extra energy out somehow which is why I put on my exercise clothes and grabbed my high energy dog..Yes! Burn body fat and wear the dog out.Perfect! I outran the dog for the hour with my heart beating out of my chest but what really got me scared is as I stop to cross the street I started to feel chest pain. This scared me so much I started praying to God to not let me die and wondered if I should make my way to the hospital 1/2 a block down the street. I went upstairs and figured I'd eat to feel better and maybe it would dampen the effect. it did slightly and eventually I did calm down. I also have a small ulcer that I was diagnosed with 2 years ago and immediately after taking this pill I felt pain where the ulcer is and acid reflux which I chose to ignore to exercise. The only good thing about this product is that it got my high energy dog to be super relaxed and not yippy for the rest of the day. Take with caution. I don't know what to do with my two bottles now because I feel guilty to sell it to someone else knowing its effects and I feel if I dump it it would just pollute the environment. so there it stays in my underwear drawer. *sigh* and onto more fat burning research.

Again, another fat burner that jacks you up so much you feel like you are going to have a heart attack and then ... hmmmmmmm ... no change in body fat %. and yes, i worked-out. i work out 5 - 6 days per week, a mix of cardio and strength training. and yes, i ate well, not the best, but no extremes like trips to mickey d's. anyway, save your money and skip the heart palpitations.
