For the money this piece of junk costs, it should last longer Mar 27, 2010 I have bought 3 of these, maybe they keep emf out or maybe they don't. It probably cost the manufacturers like 3 dollars to make and we are paying over ten times that. All three broke within a couple of months. It makes no sense b/c the two headsets I bought really cheaply that don't protect against emf, I have had for years. With these, the wire starts to fray or the ear piece brakes or the part that plugs into the phone starts putting forth background noise. Come on, if you want this product to be taken seriously work out the poor workmanship or if they are not going to do more R and D then the product should be sold for no more than ten dollars.

Acceptable...but FRAGILE! Mar 18, 2010 I have had FIVE of these headsets, and I think I'm pretty much an expert on them as you can be without actually manufacturing them.
First, they work pretty much as advertised, but they are incredibly fragile. They have a life span of about 6 months on average for me. You have to try to baby them as much as possible--but there are so many bloody ways they can break...it gets annoying. The call quality is acceptable, a bit tinny, and they don't go very loud, but it works enough for me. They don't stay on your head well either, so you really should be sitting down when you use them, and not say, jogging. Lastly, they are expensive as hell--especially when you're buying 2 a year on average.
That said, I will buy another...they SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the radiation that contacts your head, and to me, that makes it worth the unbelievable hassle and cost. If it didn't perform as advertised, I would rate them 1 star. Hopefully, they will continue to improve on the performance and quality and make them a bit more durable.
Blue air tube is too short Mar 02, 2010 I can hear out of it just fine and it seems better made than others I have had (ie. it hasn't fallen apart), but the blue air tube is too short so the EMF protection is minimal. The air tube needs to be longer.

I wish it worked...but it was actually a load of rubbish Jan 25, 2010 I read a lot about this product and bought one thinking it would be great for my cell phone. The ear piece NEVER stayed on. It was incredibly uncomfortable. No one could hear me the other end. I tried and tried to get it to work for me, and in the end returned it as it was hopeless.

Mercola Headset - Junk Dec 11, 2009 This item is also made by [...] - will fall apart after a few months, shortly after the "warranty" expires. Do not buy - junk made in China. Mercola does not stand behind their products.
