Love this stuff!!! I shoot half a dropper-full in my orange juice & coconut oil combo & feel the warm circulating through my system - so good for you!!! I would work your way up to half a dropper-full if you're not used to HOT but cayenne is SO good for whatever ails you & it's especially good for your circulation & all around health maintenance. ~:O) Unclog those arteries!!!

I love Cayenne extract it does so many amazing things but this isn't regular cayenne it is a diiferent pepper and it is so HOT. My mouth was definately warm and eyes were watering. It still would work for warming you up, and stopping nose bleeds but unless you like super hot peppers I would look for the regular cayenne. Your mouth will thank you. I only gave it 3 stars because it is a bit misleading by calling it cayenne which is 40,000 HU when it is really habanero pepper which is 180,000 HU. Let me know if this helps.
