I have only been using it for 3 days and taking 2 pills per day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I already have seen results. I tried Relacore for 2 months and had no results. There is no comparison. This stuff is awesome!!!

I started to feel great from the begining and in the first week people started to say that I was looking good. I went from a size 18/20 to 14/16 in 1 1/2 weeks without exercising. I FEEL GREAT! Still have more to loose but I Know I will!!

It sounds like if you can stomach it, it works well. I did not have stomach problems, but in general I have a strong constitution. I do not take a second dose ever because it will keep me up all night. Many days I only take one in the morning as well, just to not overload my system. It does blunt my appetite, which is a good thing for me. I wouldn't call it nausea, but I just don't feel like food would be good for several hours after I take it. I only used it for about 2 months and lost 10 lbs, did not use the whole bottle. I stopped after I stopped working out hard because I don't believe a pill alone is going to keep me fit. No immediate regain of the weight, and it was certainly all fat. I am starting again and ordering a 2nd bottle for the next 10 lbs. I think it's a great value if it works for you and inexpensive enough to try it out.

I just recieved these pills and after only a week of taking them have lost 5 pounds! They give me energy and I don't fill sick from taking them. They are great and I am definately happy I bought them!

I can't disagree, I do worry about my heart a bit when I'm on the product, but I'm a smoker so that doesn't help either. I've never come by a weight loss pill that actually does anything and doesn't have health risks. Out of all the supplements I've tried this one makes me feel the best. It definately works as an energizer and maybe it's just the mentality of taking a pill and believing it is doing something, but I really feel better about myself when I'm taking it. One thing also that I noticed with this pill unlike any other is that it makes me crave vegetables more than carbs and for me that is a big help. The choice is yours, but I would recommend this pill over any other.
