This is a great idea particularly for those who travel frequently. My one criticism is lack of instructions. It would have been helpful if they had included a chart that indicated how much water to add to get a certain weight. For instance - fill the dumbbells to capacity = 5 pounds per section.

It would also have been helpful if they had included a basic exercise chart.

I travel almost constantly on business, and in many places I visit there are inadequate gym facilties. Aqua Bells are terrific; I can carry them in my checked baggage and perofrm the weight ligting program designed by my personal trainer without even leaving my hotel room. I am very, very pleased.

These are easy to fill & empty. Prior to travel I used a measuring cup to fill & weigh one dumbbell. While on the road I measured the water using a soda bottle. That way I knew how much weight I was lifting. I am very pleased with this addition to my travel supplies.
The package was delivered two days sooner than predicted. I would gladly order from this vendor again.
