I bought this product because I have soreness in my shoulder. I have been to rehab for the shoulder and it is getting better, but I wanted to speed it up. I think this has speeded up the healing. I have taken the pills 2 weeks (off and on) and the shoulder seems more receptive to my rehab exercises.
A side benefit: For the last few years, I would awake in the middle of the night stressed. I would often stay up after I woke up due to the stress (trying to resolve it). For some odd reason, this pill have me sleeping through the stress. I sleep the whole night if I take 2 pills. It seemed odd that these pills would cause that since they are said to "improve energy."
I take them off and on because when I take 2 I get a little nervous about the effects. There are some negative side effects noted on other sites if you take Apple Cider too often. I will not mention what happens to me when I take two, but it makes me think that I shouldn't take 2 too often.
Update: It changed my visit from Aunt Florence. Her visits were shortened and she started coming more often so I have to limit how often I take this supplement.
As for whether they contain Apple Cider, the pills have a strong taste and smell of Apple Cider so there is no question that Apple Cider is in these pills. In fact, they taste just like the liquid form with the Mother.
WOuld I recommend?

Great alternative to liquid ACV Sep 22, 2011

Hi. My girlfriend has introduced me to the benefits of ACV, but I couldn't get past having to drink the stuff every day. So I looked into solid form ACV.
This product as made it possible for me to get my daily intake of ACV without the nasty taste. The pill still smells very strong (it's not coated) but at least I'm not drinking it. It just goes down easily with a glass of water.
I recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to drink the stuff. It's like a million times easier.
I would give this a 5-star rating if the pill was coated so it doesn't smell.

This is a great product if you can't get the taste of vinegar out of your mouth. I ordered this product and I receieved it faster than the approximate shipping time. Be prepared when you open the factory seal under the cap. The cap act as a dispenser for the tablets. Once the seal is removed from under the cap you will get the WOW factor from the vinegar smell!!! The tablets dissolve quickly to give you the benefits of the apple cider vinegar.
