This might be good for a large man fingers or toes but not for smaller, lady fingers. The diameter of the ring hole is 13mm. it just did not provide enough pressure. Otherwise good quality.

A friend turned me on to these little gems. They help w/stress relief and are a great gift. It's a small metal ring made of little triangular shaped points that feel great on your skin. Definitely lived up to the hype, and I plan to order more to give them to friends.

I gave this 5 stars because it was only a few bucks and I wasn't really expecting much from this stocking stuffer. I honestly expected it to be cheap metal but it seems to be fairly nice quality. I am a female with relatively small hands and it really did feel good on my fingers! My boyfriend tried it out as well, but he said it felt a little too tight on his hands and it hurt more than it felt good. After a few minutes he was no longer willing to give it up so I guess the ring stretches easier the more you use it.

I didn't find this therapeutic at all. I found it rather painful, but someone else might like it just fine. For me, the spikes were too much.
